Refund policy

🔁 Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on BoostPro products. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • You must first contact support@tryboostpro.com to receive the correct return address.

Please do not send returns back without first contacting our support team.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received your item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and issued back to your original payment method.
Processing time typically takes 1–8 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


❗ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Then, contact your bank directly.
