🔁 Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.

Do not send items directly to our warehouse without instructions — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Custom-engraved or personalized BoostPro units are non-refundable.

If your return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, BoostPro will cover all return shipping expenses.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming we’ve received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–8 business days back to your original payment method.
